I’m Matthew Paul — a senior creative lead, art director, and experience designer focused on campaign thinking, healthcare storytelling, and visual systems that make complex brands easier to understand and harder to ignore.
I’ve spent much of my career working inside healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, where the creative challenge is rarely simple. The work has to be strategic, compliant, emotionally clear, and visually compelling — often all at once. That tension is where I do some of my best thinking.
My experience spans product launches, campaign platforms, brand identity systems, HCP and patient communications, digital experiences, interactive sales tools, video concepts, and visual storytelling across regulated categories, including migraine, HIV prevention, schizophrenia, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and immunology.
I’m at my best when I’m helping teams turn complicated inputs into a clear creative direction — one that gives the brand a stronger point of view, gives the audience a better way in, and gives the team something smart to build from.
I care deeply about craft, but I also care about momentum, collaboration, and making the process enjoyable. Good work gets better when people feel aligned, trusted, and clear on what they’re making.
